    well last week i had been to my first meeting, and came away thinking "this is never going to work"

    how can i eat all this food and loose weight?

    how can i eat this nice food? wheres the diet food??

    well first WI tonight and i lost 3.5lbs !!!!:D

    so for any of you thinking the sme as me, please give it a chance im really glad i did!
