I have had a bad April so far. I feel that I have failed with the challenges and that gets me down, very down!!

So I have changed my ticker to My May Challenge, if anyone has had a bad April too and wants to put it right, you are welcome to join me.

I will start from today, which gives us 5 weigh-ins till the end of the month, just pledge you loss. Good Luck and here is to a BETTER May!!

I completed the april challenge last night and was wondering what to do about the may challenge. I weigh in on thurs so that would be the 1st of may so it would be cheating really to put that on for next month? How about I increase my weight loss to 10lbs instead of 7lbs would that be ok?

Rolo, it's completly up to you i will count my next weeks weigh in (30th April) in my May challenge just to help me out a bit. I can then focus on it and not throw away another week on cr*p foods and not following the plan.

Sorry I forgot to say. I'm going to try for 7lb again and hope that this month I can get at least 1 off!

I'm going to pledge 7 pounds starting from now as I'm going away for a few days to Cornwall at the beginning of May which will probably ruin the diet :(

Hey (Im still in on my April challenge and will continue it cos Im nearly there, but will start this one too and they can just run simultaneously for week or so) So from now til the end of May I pledge 7lbs please - got a lot of tempting functions in the month so may not do so well! xxx ta ladyeez x
