Hi guys hope everyone is well and enjoying the sunshine!

Im in work at the mo and realised I have forgotten my chicken soup for my lunch. I dont finish work till 5:30.. any ideas on what I should do.. or is it a case I will need to drink LOADS of water?

If you expeirence an earthquake sensation dont panic its just my stomach grumbling :sign0007:

Can I offer just a little bit of advice for this situation?

Do make sure you space your shakes out this evening as much as possible! The minerals in the shakes are very concentrated and if you have them too close together they will go straight through you...

I crammed 3 shakes into about 5 hours once and OMG my poor tummy the next morning!

oh thanks for that skinkwitch I never thought of that.. well I'll be home around 6ish so I will have one then and then I'll have the last around 10ish.. hopefully that will be alright

Make sure you take all three packs.....its really important!! Well done....doing this diet in warm weather I think helps...I started in June last year and feeling warm helped!
