Forgot my shakes....

As soon as I got on the bus to work this morning I realised that I forgot my shakes!!

I won't get home until 7pm - not sure what to do until then... I really don't want to have a SS+ meal..

Any advice?
 
Ru near a Boots at work? Try a Tony Ferguson shake or Slimfast shake. I think they are slightly higher in calories but not enough to affect your weightloss if it's only today.

I picked up an Akins bar - all the shakes they had required a shaker etc... So I'll have this bar and 2 shakes then I get home.

Will this bar be ok?

It should be fine as atkins is a similar principle - just make sure it has no citrci acid in it x
 
shouldnt be a problem, atkins works on the basis of ketosis too. if you are hungry still, grab some cooked chicken breast from m&s, they are part of an SS+ meal but shouldnt really impact on your loss. if anything chicken is known to be a 'speedfood' which helps speed up weight loss so may even boost your loss this week!!
 
I'd personally have a SS+ day, as NOT eating would actually be worse than having some chicken or a salad or something.
 
I've had an atkins bar and will have 2 shakes when I get home.. Not ready to have an SS+ day yet lol

I was going to give in to chicken but I changed my mind.... Its nearly home time so I'll just have 2 shakes when I get home.... I've missed my chocolate tetras today lol :)
