OK... I have hunted for a new LLC and a new group and have spoken to a lovely (well sounds it!) counsellor in Clapham who has invited me to join her Foundation class which started tonight...

I went to developers tonight, and expectedly have gained 4lbs . I'm not feeling too negative, because I feel as though from Wednesday of next week, I will be back in the place I want to be.

I will be joining on week 2 of the group (because everyone else started tonight). It is further away from my current (well, old) counsellor and means I will have to take public transport and walk around in the dark in quite a rough area (!!!!) to get there in time, straight from work. In my eyes this is a minor change to what, yet again, is going to be such a major change to my life and my future. So it's worth it.

My old LLC wasn't too happy, didn't have much to say but something told me she knew it was coming? All I got was a "why?" and then once I said I wanted to redo Foundation she said "why not do it with us?" and I said... I have already planned to move she just said "well, you've got ur fotos and everything haven't u? OK" and that was that.

I didn't buy packs this week because I have got heaps at home and thought it is pointless keep paying £66 to top up my cupboard of them, even though I have more than enough for atleast 2 weeks supply. I said "I don't want packs this week" and all I got was "well I can't force you" (which, is weird... because previously I have been told I must get them??)

Anyway....... I'm feeling positive but there is no chance I'm going to reach my ticker goal now... 4lbs on is a big gain... but hopefully, and I am feeling really positive that from next week it will be nothing but losses.

Thanks all for all your help yesterday. xxxx

    Hi Claire,

I'm so glad you have found a new LLC, hope she is more encourageing than the last. Great to hear you sound so positive about the change of group etc, I'm sure you'll do great as you seem to be in the right place.

    Good luck. x

Are you starting on our packs now? If so - you will knock that 4 pounds off straight away!!

If not, you will get shot of it anyway next week!

Really pleased you found a new location. Just be careful in the 'hood. ;)

Glad you are feeling better. :) A new, fesh start for you miss. Get that head of yours ready and you'll nail it. :)

    Hi Claire,
Great news I am glad you found one you like. I think its really terrible that your old LLC was so unhelpful. Did you speak to the head office.
I am so grateful for the LLC I have she is great.

Good for you for getting back on track. I know you can do it.

Am going 100% back on packs on Sunday so that I am back in ketosis by Wednesday for the group. Don't want to let my new group down by being a big fat failure do I

I'm sure the hood will be fine... the group is earlier (6pm instead of 7pm) but its in the opposite direction... plan was to come home from work, pick the car up and then drive there... but I won't have time so will go straight from work every Wednesday by the train :)

    That's the spirit!!!

Wouldn't it be great if we could bottle the positive vibes we get on this diet and sell them!! We'd be rich beyond our dreams!!!

Carry that feeling with you Claire and you will rock it! :)
