So, 1st July today which means that it's 4 weeks until I go on holiday. I currently weigh 12.7 and had set myself a tough target to get to my pre-pregnancy weight of 11.9, a weight I haven't been in over 6 years by holiday time! I've done 8 weeks on exante. TS during the week and a few lapses on a Saturday and Sunday but I've lost 24 pounds which is great and I'm really pleased with that.
I only planned on doing the plan for 12 weeks so I have 4 weeks left to get to my goal. So, I've set up this thread as my diary to myself and as a butt kicking reminder to keep focused when I'm feeling weak willed. You can and you will do this. So many other attempts have failed BUT THIS WILL NOT.
So with this positive frame of mind and to kick off the week I've just done a 2k "run" (for run read fast walk/slow jog!!) and time to start the day.
Here goes .......... COME ON!!!

Day 1 12.8 (expected: up a lb after chicken kebabs on BBQ yesterday and a cheeky glass of Chablis): wont see that number again.
