Fraggles diary

    Decided to start my own diary. I need somewhere to vent sometimes. This is going to be a long and I am sure bumpy journey. Was disappointed with losing half a pound this week, and I know I shouldn't be. I think shows like biggest loser raise your expectations. I was weighed Monday night and then ate sweets Tuesday :-( so have flexi syned to try and sort myself out. Determined to be back on the straight and narrow now. Did spinning yesterday morning and an hour of cardio at the gym this morning. Am generally very busy, 2 kids and work nights on a weekend so it takes a lot of effort to get out of bed at 6 for those workouts ha.

    Yesterday was really good for food but thanks to kids being awake overnight I was too tired for gym this morning so feel like have let myself down a little :-(

    Good luck on your journey.

    Don't feel bad about not going the gym this morning, if u were tired then you wouldn't have been able to push yourself as much anyway. I wouldn't worry.

    What's the ab challenge? I've heard of the squat one but not the abs.

    No do not feel bad at all. Choosing the gym over resting an overtired body is a silly choice! Just push yourself the next time you work out! The abs challenge sounds painful haha

    Thank you, if you Google them both they both come up on images. I have no idea how to put them on here. Still frustrated with my loss last week. Also frustrated with some things my personal trainer said on Sunday. I think he was trying the tough approach as I have a shoulder injury at the moment and was trying to get me to stop sulking but when it was followed by a disappointing weigh in it was bad timing. Have done day 2 of the challenges and have casserole in the slow cooker, chicken cooking for lunch and sw kebab in the oven for work tonight and tomorrow (work nights on a weekend). Things have to go better this week.

    Day 3 abs and squats done after a night shift so am proud. Heading to another night shift soon then straight to the gym after :)

    Urgh know I shouldn't but weighed myself today and second week with no loss. Official sliming world weigh in tomorrow but feeling down hearted :-(

    Thank you, kept myself busy. Buying my first countdown today. Not sure why never bought one but feel good getting one tonight :)

    Lost 2 and got slimmer of the month, it was the real boost I needed :)

    Feeling great today, got my bronze body magic as well as slimmer of the month last night so very happy. Feel like I have got my focus back :) Waiting for my healthy asda shop to arrive.

    Giving myself an aim now of 21lbs off by the 18th may for my birthday. So my goal for then is 15 stone 10 (I think). I haven't been that since at least 2002. I am excited :)

    I have a huge aim this week and that is not to weigh myself at home. I was doing it a few times a day. I think it heavily affects how I do and my confidence!! Was going to get rid of the scales but I need to learn willpower and stay off them.

    Aww been on the scales. It was more out of interest though as the time of the month arrived. 2lbs on!!!! That is so unfair that men don't have this ha.

    If you feel you have to weigh yourself it must be at the same time of the day. You weigh more as the day goes on.

    I get weighed in the morning at class so the only time it is worth me weighng at home is in the morning before breakfast fully dressed. When I do that on weigh in day I know what I am going to be at class. Actually 1lb less than my scales tell me. But it has always been like that, diifferent scales can give a different weight.

    So, if you weigh morning , afternoon and evening you will see the numbers going up. Lighter 1st thng.

    Good luck and try not to weigh every day, hard I know.
