OK, so I'm planning to go to tescos in the morn' to stock up on some food.

Does anyone know of any relatively convenient food which is free on EE which I can stock up on for those hungry moments?

So far I've got cottage cheese, low fat super noodles, mullerlights, activia snackpots, and of course plenty of the bog standard fruit/veg etc

I've also put the majority of the HEB stuff on my list (alpen light bars, cereals, bread, cheeses)

I'm just trying to brainstorm and have myself well prepared for the week ahead :)

    Thanks xx

I find the savoury rices really convenient ( most but not all are free on EE) 15 mins in the microwave then stir in fruit or salad to give you your 1/3rd

I usually do the curry one with spring onion, tomato and cucumber chopped fine and add some mint.....gorgeous!

The Ryvita wholewheat crackerbreads are quite nice. You can have them as a HEB or they are quite low in syns. I've been having home-made houmous on them, but you can also have low-fat houmous as a HEB if you'd rather have the bought stuff.
