• 1-1/2 to 2 cups Total 0% Greek Yoghurt
• 2 tbsp milk, warmed ( hxa)
• Generous pinch of saffron threads
• 1/2 cups splenda ( or equivalent)
• Pinch of nutmeg
• Pinch of cardamom powder

Take the warmed milk in a small bowl. You can heat it for few seconds in your m/w. Add the saffron to it, give it a quick stir and let it sit for about 10 minutes.

In another bowl, take the Greek Yogurt. Add splenda to it and mix well.

Give them all a mix until well blended. You can chill this at this point since it helps to fuse the flavors well together.
