Green Days FreeFrom Chocolate Dessert Shakes - Syns?

Hi,

I'm new to MinMins and finally rejoined SW for, what I hope is, the last time last night. I have a terrible sweet tooth and bought these freefrom chocolate dessert shakes from Tesco this morning. I've googled but can't find syn values.

Someone told me something about 20 calories = 1 syn but depends on the food?

Each dessert is 65ml and has 72 calories, 8.9g sugar, 1.3g fat, 0.4g saturated and 0.1g salt. Would 4 syns be about right? or is the sugar just WAY TOO HIGH!

Hi,

Just checked syns online, yep they're 4 syns each! You should have been given a pin number last night when signing up (near the back of your book) which allows you to register the for the SW website and can find out loads of the syn values there (plus if you have a smart phone you can access syns online on the SW app which is handy for when you are out and about!)

Ps. If you need help with a syn value again, there is a syns subforum where the question should be posted. If you scroll up the page you will see it near the top You'l see other sub forums such as food diaries, healthy extras, eating out etc
