FREEZING MILK SHAKES?

Hi everyone

Reached day 4 of ts and decided I don't like the soups so will be sticking to the milk shakes. I was wondering if anyone has tried them frozen for a bit of variety.

When i did Cambridge i used to make mine with my kenwood smoothy maker and some crushed ice, it was a bit like having ice cream! X

hiya, i would check with exante about freezing them because you are supposed to drink them within 15/20 mins because of the nutrients degrading or something along those lines and obviously to freeze them will take longer if you get what i mean. dont quote me on it though. i would check.
