    Hi all,

I have read about people freezing the mousses they make so it is like an ice cream or at least sort of solid food!!

Is this ok to do bearing in mind we should be drinking the shakes within 15mins?

    Ta everyone!! Xxx

    Hi Sarahlou,

I asked that last week and apparently it does affect the nutritional value, so its best not to.

Someone suggested sucking ice cubes? Not keen myself but might work?

I know what you mean about needing something solid in yer mouth!!!
