Freezling food help!

    I took some sausages out the freezer and let them defrost, can i cook them and re freeze them or not?
    Its just i dont want to chuck as they are my syn free ones :D

    Hi Gemma once something has been frozen and then defrosted they do not recommend freezing again I think :(

    You should be able to refreeze if you have cooked them after they have been defrosted, just can't defrost them and put back into the freezer.

    Yes I agree. You shouldn't defrost and refeeze a food unless it has been cooked in between.
