My daughter is going to Lyon in a few days is there anything she could by me in the supermarket that is Dukan friendly e.g. stock cubes etc ? Thank you
The low fat reduced salt Knorr stock cubes and if she takes a cool box, there is a 0% fat cream cheese that comes in cubes and I am quite enjoying the Sveltesse 0% fat fruit flavoured (but smooth) yoghurts whilst on my hols in France.
