Have been back on SW a month and decided it is time to do my diary again.

Hope I get some visitors :)

Busy busy day for me today helping a frined with her gorgeous 6 week old baby ;) Then a 30 min run walk with another friend

Then home to make dinner and a veggie sausage frittata for lunches at work.

Have to be at work for 6.30 am and will be there until about 6.30 so all my food is packed for tomorrow and then i can go straight from work to work out either running club or BMF depending what time i get done.

Help where have the last few days gone.

For sme reason I can not post from my phone but havn't had the time to figure out why.

Good news is I have been 100% OP

Bad news is I only lost 1/2 :-(

Nevermind onwards and downwards I will get that stone award next week I will I will !!

Yesterday was a green day and not the best with amount of food or variety due to life
