Fresh starts!

Not gonna give a massive speech on how I let myself get too fat. Or how many diets ive been on! Feel like ive been on a constant "diet" my whole life. Sick of having no will power.or losing will power once I get to target then piling it back on like ive never seen food before!
I NEED to get to goal and stay there....
So here goes

Breakfast - 28g of branflakes with semi skimmed milk and a cuppa (HEA + HEB)

lunch will be a low syn ready meal as im working until 9pm and haven't had the time to cook in advance - will edit syns later.

Dinner will be syn free homemade spag bol and pasta.
