Fresh Stirfry vegetables

Got an Asda ready bag of mixed stir fry veg (cabbage, onion, beansprouts, carrot peppers) these are free aren't they if done with spray of fry light?

It's just I put stir fry veg in WW app and Asda's came up as 3pp

Veg does have calories so will effectively have a point value, however ww state that friend and most veg are FREE which means ignore the value. Does that make sense, not great at trying to explain myself!
