    Well I am pleased this Friday as my cdc scales confirm I have lost 3lb:D So I am at my own half way point to my weight loss goal.

    I have worked hard at staying focussed on the diet this week, I was a little worried as I have also worked really hard at the gym and I thought I might not loose any lbs but if I want to make sure I tone as I loose the lbs I know I have to go.

    And I am pleased I did as 3lbs is a good number:D

    I still feel weak willed like I could cave in and eat crisps, chocolate and ice cream especially today but I won't its been hard to get where I am and I don't ever want to go back were I was:eek:

    So I am keeping busy and Im off out to enjoy the sunshine.

    Well the results are in and I have a smile from ear to ear!!! 6lb!! WOO HOO!!!

    All that water and cardio must have paid off.

    I'm over the moon - 100% from now on and i'm positive, especially now the sun is out (i find cd much easier in the summer)

    Well done to everyone else with you wi results!!

    Thank's for the comments I was pleased with the 3lb. And Emmapetty wow 6lb fantastic!.

    I am off to the gym again shortly to burn some more cals so have a good day everyone!:D
