    Morning all, happy the week is over!!

    B: Bagel 9 syns
    MM: fruit & mullerlight

    L: Veggie & quorn piece stir fry with a bit of plum sauce 1 syn, & noodles

    D: Butterfly chicken breast with herbs and elf soft garlic & herb cheese HE A, olive oil HE B, bns chips, steamed broccoli

    S: fruit, carrots
    E: 30 min run, 15 min walk
    W: 3 litres

    Thanks honey, this is my time of year, I love to cook in the summer :) oh yeah, and I love to eat LOL

    L: Baked potato with salad & cottage chesse, fruit & yogurt

    D: SW chips,beans & egg

    Hex (a) milk for drinks
    Hex (b) weetabix

    Syns: half a curly wurly 3 syns
    ww cheese puffs 3.5 syns
    half a twirl snack size 4.5 syns
