    Morning all, after being away for 2 weeks on hols, and about 4 days damage control, I went to WI last night and only gain 1/2 a lb so quite happy about that. :D I told them I would try for 2 off for next week.

    Right, food for today! No deviating from plan as I have left my wallet at home by accident. Green day today

    B: nectarine, banana, pomegranate & grapes, muller light
    L: Batcherlor lf super noodles, orange
    D: Hamburger stuffed with laughing cow light (HE A & B), sw chips, salad with olive oil and white balsamic viniagrette (HE B)

    S: muller light and fruit
