Cruise PP Fried Salmon with cheesy garlic and dill

Found this on another site and just made it tonight - really really enjoyed it!

Ingredients:
1 Salmon Fillet / darne
2 Tbsp of Extra Light Philly
2 Cloves Garlic, chopped
1 Tbsp of Dill
A Splash of Skimmed milk (50-80ml)
Lemon wedge to serve

Method:
Grill or fry the salmon fillet until done (I fried mine with some 1 cal spray)
Meanwhile, in a small pot, cook the garlic until fragrant
Add the cream cheese and some skim milk and stir until it melts
Add the Dill, some fresh black pepper and a little salt (if wanted)
When the salmon is cooked, slice and squeeze over the lemon
Dollop the sauce on top and chow down

I loved it, really easy and pleasant :)
 
I made this one for dinner and it was fantastic! I wasn't in the mood for adventureless salmon! the cream was yummy!
I will make this again for sure! well done!
 
Oh my!! I had this for dinner tonight and it was amazing! The sauce is a lovely change from all the plain salmon I've had recently.
