Frist Try at Slimming World - Feedback appreciated

Hi,

I have just started Slimming World and have spent the last few days with my head constantly in the SW book – however I know there is still a lot to learn about the plan. I’m 10st 3lbs and want to lose 2 stones.

I could use some feedback on my first few days from all of you, to benefit from your experience.

Note I drink a lot of water, easily 2 litres a day, and usually have 2 Coke 0 a day at the moment.

Some of the things I have already missed are that with my porridge Oats at the weekend I should have had a scan bran… Also I think Muller Mints and Activia 0% are syn free but need to double check. Anything else you can spot that I need to work on?
