Good luck everyone. In readiness 4 Thursday onwards i'm planning my week's 'plans' 4 Red Day's, 2 Ee's til weigh in. I find that these have agreed with me more this week, but time will tell on the scale's tomorrow morning, lol. All of our challenges are realistic and achievable. We can do this.. x:)
