Right. Now that my first month is over and my diaries aren't being checked by anyone I thought I'd better start an online food diary. This way you lot can all shout at me and offer suggestions for things to do better.

All advice and comments welcome so please, feel free to judge.

Weigh in day is Thursday and I class Friday as the first day of a new week, however I manage my syns daily.

Thanks for reading and I look forward to hearing your suggestions.

Hi, looking good :)

What plan are you doing?

Thanks :)

Ive been doing EE but have felt really bloated lately so trying a few days of red and limiting carbs where I can to see if it helps.

It won't last..... I love pasta far too much!!

Lol, I'm doing EE too, started last Saturday.

how long have you been doing it? I don't think I could do the red plan lol, love my potatoes. But it would benefit me lol

I tried doing it at home, it worked but then i gained it back. Decided i needed the extra kick up the butt at a group.

Yes, EE is way easier!

I definitely wouldn't have the motivation to do it at home. I've tried before and no results.
