Fromage Frais and Beef Strips Ideas

Hi All,

I'm on Extra Easy and an looking for some ideas please.

I have some Beef Strips and Fromage Frais to use up for tea and was wondering if anyone could suggest any good recipes Please.

Fry a couple of sliced onions in frylight. Add some garlic, the beef strips and some paprika. Smoked would be nice. If you have a red pepper to hand, chuck slices of that in. Season, then add the fromage frais. Serve over noodles.

Or make a curry type sauce.
