Frozen Banana yummmm

I've been freezing nice riped banana in cling film.

When frozen its like a creamy milky lolly ice or you could blend it down to a creamy ice cream .

My SC said because it is frozen it is 2syns. Totally worth it when craving something sweet. ;0)

I don't think freezing fruit gives it a Syn value - but blending it certainly would.

Are you sure you didn't misunderstand your C? The blended banana would definitely be Synned, but I'm not convinced that freezing it whole would give it Syns.
