Frozen French Fries and Potato Wedges.

I have just bought some frozen french fries and lightly spiced potato wedges which I plan to cook in my air fryer and was wondering how many syns are attached to them. I bought them from Sainsbury's and according to the label have 4% fat. You don't have to add any fat to the cooking process so I was hoping the syn value might not be too high

Can't find either Sainsbury's French fries, or lightly spiced potato wedges. Can you say what is on the package - are they Sainsbury's own brand?

Basic, Chips, frozen thin cut/fries, baked, 100g

Basic, Potato wedges seasoned/coated, baked, 100g
