Frozen Veg v Fresh Veg - are they both 0 pnt?

    Hello all,

    Is frozen veg such as carrots, cauliflower and broccoli still 0 points?:confused: - its been a while since I did WW, back when I did it, 0 point veg was 0 point veg regardless of it was frozen or not...

    well, there goes my idea of using frozen veg as a quickie fill me upper;) (if you know what I mean)

    btw how big is 1 portion?

    I count all veg except potatos, peas and sweetcorn etc as free. Never done me any harm. Its the same thing whether its frozen or fresh so why would it be more points?

    when they say point frozen veg its when you buy a mix - like carrots, cauli and peas. You count it because theres peas in there.

    frozen veg is free, its only frozen - theres no extra calories in water!

    oooh thank goodness !!!

    I will go update my food diary as I pointed my veg (i always point peas, potato and sweetcorn) - thank you that is so good to know.
