frozen vegetables

Hope this isnt a daft question but with regards frozen veg do I weigh it frozen or cooked (so I can guage it to the 100g carb count on the packet)

Gosh I don't know - I just use a mug as my measure

I think the measurements on the packet are as it is in the packet. So 100g of the frozen product in that case n say for packaged vegs, 100g pre-cooked weight. It usually says if it means the cooked weight.
