I am now on the 1000cal plan and apart from being surprised about the amount of food I get to eat I had a question about the fruit options.

Can we have dried fruit, as in the packet stuff sold in the supermarkets and health food places?

Probably not; dried fruit is higher in sugar and calories.

It's not in the book, but I can't see why one can't eat dried fruit. Just watch the weights though; 100g of dried apple will have far more calories than 100g of unprocessed apple...
