Fruit on induction, have I messed up?

Colleague, bless him, has been pushing goodies on me all day that he has bought with his own money. Just us in today so I think he's trying to throw a bit of a party to make the day go by quicker.

Told him I was on a low carb diet, and he apologised profusely, just to wander off to the green grocers across the road to bring me back a big juicy watermelon. AHHH

He meant well, so I had two little slices. Tomorrow is weigh in day tomorrow and I'm on day 9 of induction. I've been so strict on myself too!

Please tell me I haven't ruined everything!

Firstly, it's impossible to ruin anything with a single slip as long as you get back on track afterwards. The worst you'll do is slow yourself a little.

Second, watermelon isn't too bad. Higher than you should really have on induction - I think about 8g carb per 100g but two small slices shouldn't have thrown you out. You'll be fine. Next time tell him to get you some cheese! ;) xx
