Hi everyone :) I have been back with slimming world since 28th May and I'm loving it. I have lost 1 stone 12 & 1/2 lbs so far and even got the hubby to come to class with me.
I just wanted to introduce myself before I start the food diary and say thanks to all those kind enough to take the time to read :)

Friday 15th October

Green Day

Breakfast : 2 Weetabix (HE B), 200ml skimmed milk (HE A)

Lunch : Batchelors pasta 'n' sauce chicken & mushroom, shape zero yogurt

Tea : Pasta, tinned tomatoes, passata, onion, butternut squash, 42g mozarella (HE A), 5 asda meatfree meatballs (I put 1 syn for these slightly over but no syns today) and a hi fi bar.

Rest of the milk used in tea throughout the day and 2 litres of water drunk :D

Syns total : 1

looks good, You do need to use your syns though 5-15. Having only 1 is not actually sticking 100% to plan.
I always have a pudding planned for evening meals, at around 3 syns

Saturday 16th October (so far)

Green day

No breakfast - woke up late ;)

Snack: Ready salted pom bear crisps (5 syns)

Lunch : Pasta, peppers, onions, mushrooms, tinned tomatoes, passata, carrot, 4 asda meatfree meatballs (put at 1/2 syn), 42g mozarella (HE A), hi fi bar (HE B)

Tea : Sw chips, 42g mozarella (HE A), 57g wholemeal roll (HE B), 200ml gravy (3 syns), fried egg (fry light)

Syns total : 8 & 1/2

Sunday 17th October

Breakfast : HI Fi Bar (HE B)

Lunch : Big bowl of home made veggie soup

Dinner : Roast potatoes (made with frylight), roast parsnips, mushy peas, 2 tbsp ketchup (2 syns), 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce (2 & 1/2 syns), 42g mozarella (HE A)

Snack : 350ml skimmed milk (HE A), pom bear ready salted (5 syns)

Total syns : 9 & 1/2

Monday 18th October

Green Day

Breakfast : 2 Weetabix (HE B), 200ml Skimmed milk (HE A)

Snack : Pom Bear cheese and onion crisps (5)

Lunch : Big bowl of veggie soup, Shape zero yogurt

Tea : (Bit of a mixture tonight) Tin baked beans, pasta, peppers, onions, mushrooms, carrots, 42g mozarella (HE A), 1 Quorn sausage, Tinned tomatoes Hi Fi bar (HE B) - sounds horrible but it was actually really nice and I got lots of speed food in :D

Mini milk (1 & 1/2)

Rest of milk used in tea throughout the day
2 litres of water drunk :)

Syns : 6 & 1/2

Tea : Jacket potato, Tin beans, 3 Babybel lights (HE A), Hi Fi bar (HE B), tsp flora extra light (1/2)

Syns : 5 & 1/2

Wednesday 20th October

Red Day

Breakfast : 2 Weetabix (HE A), 200ml Skimmed milk (HE A)

Lunch : 2 Chicken breasts, Butternut squash, Onion, Pepper, Mushroom all roasted, 42g Mozzarella (HE A), Shape zero yogurt

Tea : 2 Chicken breasts, Butternut squash, onion, Pepper, Mushroom all roasted, Cabbage, 42g Mozzarella (6 Syns), 2 tsp Flora extra light (1 Syn), 2 tbsp Sweet chilli sauce (5 Syns)

Rest of milk in tea throughout the day & 2 litres of water

Total syns : 12

i followed ur dairy for 3 days and i lost 0.5lb today in WI, so thx very much.

Green Day

Lunch : Bowl of veggie soup

Weigh in at 6pm tonight and lost 2lbs :happy036: so I got my 2 stone award

Tea was a takeaway not synned but was lovely...
