Fry's veggie and vegan frozen products

Wondered if anybody knew the value of some of their products? Chicken burgers and sausages ...,don't want to use the calculator as I'm
Thinking they may have some free soya value?

On syns online!

The top ingredient counts as a free food allowance so if that's soya you just need to select Vegetarian products > meat alternative (raw/dried) as the free food.
