    Pear

    Lunch
    2 Egg Omlette with mushrooms and 28g Cheese (HexB)
    Leafy salad, cucumber and spring Onion
    Banana

    Dinner
    Lentil Shepherds Pie with Sweet potato mash (HexA) (4 syns)
    Savoy cabbage and carrots
    Gravy (4 syns)

    Snacks
    Pineapple
    Fat free shape yogurt
