Made a batch of fish cakes last night, and added carrot and peas to my potato base, bound with egg, 28g cheese. They were lovely. But after I thought they had something missing...I had forgotten to put in the fish 
Also if anyone looking for a pasta sauce alternative, I added cooked greenlentils,marmite and onion to my pasta. Was unusual but nice...and then made an extra sauce of FF yoghurt with garlic and herbs, and drizzled that on it too.
