Morning all,
I was wondering if anyone else had taken or is currently using fybogel with their Exante plan.
Reason I ask, last week while I was doing working solutions (had to use up some fridge veggies and fish) I lost 5lbs, and this week now I'm doing total solutions the scales haven't shifted and I'm on day 4. The only thing that has changed is I'm having to take fybogel as prescribed by the GP to mitigate the impact of taking tramadol, gabapentin and methocarbamol for a spinal issue.
I am a bit perplexed as I've never lost nothing by this point doing TS before!
