Hi guys...well 2nd weigh in today and its a lb off so that brings me to 7lbs in 3 weeks so its all good....

but I'm quite sure it would be better if I could only go to the toilet :hmm::ashamed0005:......so does anyone know if there are any syns in things like fybogel.....(to help you go!!!) you'd think with the amount of fruit I've eaten it would've been the opposite....

Anyway I've given enough info for one day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i have the same problem when im doing slimming world. Why is that??? baffling!!

green days always seem to bung u up..................its all the fibre....plenty of fruit will help....and lots of water...god i sound just like me mum...lol

really must get some scan bran!!!! (I'm online only so don't have the benefit of buying things at a class....) will have to try to find holland and barratt! (spelt right??!!) am pretty sure there is one here but no idea where!!!!
