Hi everyone im new
You will have to bear with me, its going to take a week or two to suss this,
but any help would be appreciated, I did my shopping online tonight,
so have bought lean meats ect So can start cooking
RED DAY
Breakfast.....One golden syrup wheetabix with one sugar (yes I know, I need to work on sweet tooth)
Dinner.......Ham salad sandwich with low fat mayo as spread 2 slices bread
TEA.......McCaines baked pot with low fat marg and cheese
Sugar x 4
I actually havent got a clue what all this comes to yet, even though ive got the books ect,
but just wanted to type it before I forget to do it
