does anyone buy there meat from gabbots/ crawshaws butchers I have been getting the mince beef it's very lean and you get loads for £5 or 5 packs of meat for £20
So we got some chicken and burgers the beef burgers said lean steak mince but I have no idea how many syns will be in them as they don't put the nutrition values on them.
Does anyone know how many syns they will be or even better know how many syns are in other meats they sell. Thank you.
