Gained 3 pounds :(

I gained 3 pounds last week, i'm not surprised after the week I had didn't stick to it at all.....my problem is i'm struggling so much now, first time i've gained since i started but do i now not have any syns daily? i feel like im gonna gain again if i do! :(

for example i had 2 slices of wholemeal for breakfast, i have home made veg soup and a banana for lunch but i'm absolutely starving and really wanted a bag of pop chips (5 syns) should i not lol :/ there isn't anywhere around my work thats SW friendly that i could buy lots of fruit or anything either today!

any advice would be appreciated

Yeah extra easy! i'm so confused, i weighed myself again today and i've put on another half a pound! all i've been having this week is my healthy extras, syn free veg soup and fruit??! and i went walking 6 miles last night! i really feel like giving up its driving me mad now lol
 
You probably aren't eating enough to be honest! Make sure you follow the plan correctly, use your syns, make the most of free food and endure each meal is 1/3 superfree. If you are basically eating all superfree plus healthy extras, you probably aren't reaching your minimum calorie amount and your body will hold onto what its got. X
 
yeah drinking loads of water too! i'm gonna switch up everything i eat today, i've put on more weight again today its not making any sense!! may be women problems approaching....but even that wouldnt make me gain 5 pounds surely?!?!

I think it could be where i've been walking so far, 6 miles when i haven't been gym in months my muscles have probably had a shock lol i literally only have 2 slices of bread for my breakfast, or sometimes i just have a cereal bar so i dont think it could be that....lets hope next weeks better!! thanks for your help :) x
 
I lost 5 pounds last week! then after bank holiday gained 2 haha but I'm back on track :) x
