I cooked my first one today and it came out perfectly! Not bragging as it was none of my doing but thanks to this foolproof recipe which I followed to the letter:


Mine turned out like a large crepe, which was fine as I was able to roll it up and scoff it. Will make a savoury one tomorrow and fill it. Yum.

Oh, my frying pan isn't fantastic so I put a tiny bit of olive oil onto a paper towel and wiped it around the pan beforehand, like the book suggests. Worked like a dream.

If the problem is sticking - make sure the pan is good and hot before your add the mixture.
