After having a chicken breast for lunch with a small spoon of cottage cheese i thought i would make a sweet gallette. :grumble: it was awful, the flavour was palletable but the texture, was a bit soggy and still having probs with the oatbran texture! Will try again tomorrow but could do with some tips on making the perfect gallette. Any suggestions would be great xxxx jo
