Hey everyone,
This will be my 6th week and having a crappy one! My Dr thinks I have gallstones and I was wondering if anyone else out there has had them or has any advice? I spoke to Dr this morning and already have an appointment for tomorrow for an ultra sound at my hospital! The nurse has advised me to stay away from dairy so I was wondering if the milkshake powder sachets have any dairy in them?
