Ok so I have a gammon joint, chilli, ginger, salad, potatoes and onions to use up.

What can I make with them? I'm trying not to throw anything away at the mo so any help is appreciated.

What about roasted gammon marinated in soy sauce, Chinese 5 spice, ginger and chilli, roasted potatoes done in fry light and salad as a dinner. Not sure where to fit onions in though. Could make french onion soup? Im sure ive seen a recipe on here somewhere. ............
