had these for tea they were yum! syn free on green and extra easy or use a b allowance on red.

small bag baby new potatoes
3 cloves garlic
coarse sea salt
thyme
fry lite.

i par boiled potatoes (in skins) for 10 mins, sprayed with fry lite, tossed in sea salt and crushed garlic and sprinkled in teaspoonful of thyme. roasted for 30 mins. give them a shake and a spray halfway through cooking. they were really nice, made a nice change. i had them with cajun chicken and brocolli x
