    Hi Gaynor, i read a reply to a thread where you mentioned that you go running for 20 mins (can't remember which thread it was now)
    I was just wondering how you are finding it?
    Following on from my 'exercise' thread i am really commited to getting fit now. I do a 30 minute execise dvd in the morning and a 30 min bike ride in the evening.
    My dream has always been to run...i had a stint of running before i had kids and the endorphines i had were amazing.
    How did you work up to 20 minutes? Do you stop and start or is it a straight 20 min run?

    I'm a complete novice and i am really frightened if i go out on the road i will be puffing and panting and dying!!!

    I saw an interesting website called 'the couch to 5k run'

    It looks like a really interesting way to clock up to a 3 mile run without too much pressure or injury.
