    Tuesday - Red
    B - Oats so simple plan (HEB), 350ml skim milk (HEA), strawberries, banana, coffee, splenda
    L - Prawns, Stir fry with brocolli, chilli, mange tout, pak choi and spinach, Mango dressing (2 syns), M&S yogurt
    D - Chicken breast, 198g new pots (HEB), carrot, brocolli, cauliflower, gravy (2 1/2 syns
    S - Chicken leg, betroot salad with dressing (3 1/2 syns), Milky Way (6 syns)
    Total syns - 14

    Fitness:
    Body Pump - 1 hour
    Body Combat - 1 hour
    Walk to shops - 35 mins - 2 1/2 miles

    Wednesday - Green
    B - frylight, 3 x egg omlette, mushrooms, 1/2 tin of beans, 42g low fat cheddar (HEA), coffee, splenda, banana
    L - 71g cooked chicken breast (HEB), salad, mustard dressing (3 syns), M&S Super whole food (8 1/2 syns), space raiders (3 1/2 syns)
    D - Low fat chilli chicken super noodles, shape yogurt, wholemeal bread roll (6 syns), flora light (2 syns)
    S - 2 x aplen light (HEB), banana, coffee, splenda
    Total Syns - 23 - Oooops! I was completley ravanous after the gym and scoffed the bread roll on as soon as i got home

    Need to pull back on syns now for the next few days because of yesterdays Mr Meanour! I reckon 13 per day should be ok now until i re-start my week next tuesday :cool:

    Thursday - Green
    B - Huge fruit salad with strawberries, pineapple, melon, banana, shape yogurt, coffee, splenda, 3 x egg omlette with peppers, onion and tomato, 42g low fat cheddar (HEA), Ketchup (1 syn)

    L - Uncle bens express savory chicken rice (2 syns), 71g cooked chicken(HEB), cherry tom's, onion, pepper, cucumber, babyleaf salad, mullerlight

    Dinner already made - i rustled up a SW chicken Jalfrezi for later - im feeling motivated and organised today!

    L - 272g baked potato (HEB) + (45g extra potato = 3 syns), Asda sweet chilli cottage cheese - 300g (1 1/2 syns), baby leaf salad, tomato, onion, cucumber, 4 slices ham, extra light salad cream (1 1/2 syns), Bowl pineapple and shape yogurt

    Naughty Gym!!! I had just finished 2 classes and was starving, as per ususal, so i went to buy a banana and they didnt have any :mad: I ended up buying the most SW friendly cereal bar which was a Special K original bar so i need to find out the syn value, it was 88 cal so im guess around 4 1/2. I might add, it was very tasty as well!

    Food - EE:
    B - 2 x weetabix (HEB), 350ml skim milk (HEA), strawberries, coffee, splenda, Special K original Bar (4 1/2 syns)

    L - Steamed prawns, uncle bens express mixed pepper rice (2 syns), baby leaf salad, tomato, cucmber, onion, coffee, splenda, tangerine, pineapple, grapes, WW lemon cheesecake yogurt (1/2 syn)

    D - Clares Kickin Chicken!!     Im having a flexi syn day today, which im scared about, because im having dinner with my mum who is doing a BBQ style buffet - ive set a limit of 70 syns.....

    Food - Red

    B - Dorset cereals fruity porridge (HEB), 350ml skim milk (HEA), 3 x scrambled egg, 1/2 spoon ketchup (1/2 syn), small fruit salad, shape yogurt

    L - Rib eye steak, 198g new pots (HEB) salad, extra light salad cream (1 syn), mullerlight, jelly (1/2 syn)

    D - Mussles, Roasted BNS, Carrot, cauli and brocolli bake with 42g low fat cheese (HEA), small white fish fillet, chicken drumstick, 1 1/2 veggie saussage, small squirt ketchup (1/2 syn)

    I've decided to colour code my food diary by free food, superfree, syns and HEX's so i can see a little easier where i may not be getting enough SF or free food.

    Today - Red:

    B - 2 x egg, 3 x bacon, frylight, 2 x ww white danish (HEB), ketchup (1 syn), fruit salad with pineapple, melon, kiwi, strawberries, blueberries, banana


    L - Tuna, baby leaf spinach, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion, pepper, 2 tbsp hellmas extra light (1 syn), 198g new pot (HEB), WW lemon cheesecake yogurt (1/2 syn)

    Sunday - Green:

    L - Jacket pot, tin of tuna (HEB), sweetcorn, 2 tbsp hellmans extra light (1 syn), fruit salad - kiwi, melon, pineapple, strawberries, grapes, mullerlight

    D - Full portion Mushroom Chow mein from chippy (10 syns)

    Monday - Didnt feel well at all, i didnt get in until 8am monday morning as my fiance was djing at 5am so i was shattered and spent most of the day in bed. I had 3 coffees a pack of french fries (4 1/2 syns) and 3 x ww brown danish (HEB)

    Tuesday - Red:
