Chuffy_29 Bring it on! 31 July 2012 #2 I am sure someone will confirm about the leaves but there is a powder (which I think is gelatin) that SandS sell that can be used. I have it and made a mousse and ice cream (which was really a lovely thick shake I guess) so that's always an option.
