Hi! I have an appointment with my counselor on Monday but I fancy something I can eat rather than drink, and I don't have any mix-a-mousse (I don't really fancy trying the recipe's either as I have a feeling they blitz the vitamins) so I was wondering if anyone's tried putting gelatine (which I DO have) into a shake? and how? How did it turn out? I imagine something a bit like blancmange?

    Hope somebody can help! Thanks!

if its powdered? guess it would be like the mix a mousse then.

for that i mix the sachet with my pack thuroughly then add ice cold water ( i used to make it with 250 - 300ml of water ) blend for 1 minute, pour into a bowl then put it in the freezer, i used to then go and stir it after 5 minutes then leave in freezer for another 10 minutes then eat it yum!
