Gemma's Diary - 100 Pounds to go

    I have tried so many diets over the years, the most recent being slimming world - it worked for a little bit but I have now decided to go back to calorie counting.
    I have 100 pound to lose.
    I know there is no quick fix.
    Ideally I would like to lose 2 pound a week.
    I have downloaded my fitness pal to help me with my calorie counting.
    My weigh in day will be Saturday.
    I am joining a gym on Wednesday.
